Profit-Driven Leadership Training

Profit-Driven Leadership Training (PDLT) takes the thinking introduced in TMS Revealed further, into the concepts, tools, and applications for putting the Truby Management System into practice. Leaders learn how the pieces work together and how to apply them with their own people, teams, and organizations. PDLT is a business model, a project management system, and a methodical approach to leading teams.
But PDLT goes beyond the systems of leadership. It also develops the person behind the leader, bringing leadership, personal wellbeing, and practical application together in one comprehensive development program.
