Our senior executive team knows the importance of developing the next generation of leaders for our company. Everything about our culture, practices, and relationships is what attracts our clients and brings us sustainable work. HOW we do our work has been the hallmark of our success. But it doesn't happen by itself. The type and tone of our work ethic, attitude, and interactions are set by our leadership. It has always been so, and it always will be. That's why we invest in our leaders, current and future. It doesn't show up overtly, but how our team of teams is led contributes to every line item in our financial statements.

Wade Trim has partnered with Truby Achievements for many years to provide leadership training for our company.

Select employees are invited to take part in our annual Leadership Academy.

If you have been selected, training is delivered through four in-person sessions. You'll also be enrolled in the Leadership Training Program, available in the "Active Training" section below. 

At the end of the one-year program, your access to this dashboard and the content will automatically end. However, if you want to continue using the content, please reach out to your supervisor about extended access.
