Leadership Training for Every Level
Mount Shasta Supermarket employees have two training options, depending on the level and type of leadership responsibility involved. The Profit-Driven Leadership Training (PDLT) is a complete leadership-development program, while the Functional Leader Training is a much shorter, single-course option that offers selections from the PDLT.

PDLT Program

The complete 15-course Truby Achievements leadership-development experience for leaders responsible for people, teams, and organizational results. It builds the skills, mindset, and practical tools needed to lead effectively and create lasting results.

Functional Leader Training

A concise selection of PDLT lessons for team members at every level, focused on the communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership principles that help each person contribute effectively.
Training Access
Your Training Manager, Clayton Cool, will assign access to the potential training content based on your leadership role and needs. The training you have access to will be available in the "Active Training" section below. Clayton or your direct supervisor will provide instructions on when to complete specific sections or additional assignments. This platform does not track assignments. 

After you complete your training, you may continue to have access to this dashboard and the support resources below. However, you will most likely not be able to access the training courses directly.
