This training helps our leaders build the skills to communicate clearly, strengthen collaboration, develop their teams, and lead projects and people toward successful results.

Leadership Training for Every Level
Three Truby Achievements training options are available for our employees based on the level and type of leadership responsibility involved. Profit-Driven Leadership Training (PDLT) is the complete leadership-development program. Associate Leader Training and Functional Leader Training are smaller, single courses that offer selections from the PDLT lessons for specific leadership roles and responsibilities.

PDLT Program

The complete 16-course Truby Achievements leadership-development experience for leaders responsible for people, teams, and organizational results. It builds the skills, mindset, and practical tools needed to lead effectively and create lasting results.

Associate Leader Training

A focused selection of PDLT lessons for supervisors, shift leaders, and others who lead a team, project, or work group. It develops the core mindset and people-management skills needed to lead others effectively.

Functional Leader Training

A concise selection of PDLT lessons for team members at every level, focused on the communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership principles that help each person contribute effectively.
Training Access
Your Training Manager, Michael Harrington, will assign access to the potential training content based on your leadership role and needs. The training you have access to will be available in the "Active Training" section below. Bill or your direct supervisor will provide instructions on when to complete specific sections or additional assignments. Assignments are not tracked within this platform. 

After you complete your training, you may continue to have access to this dashboard and the support resources below. However, you will most likely not be able to access the training courses directly.
