Program Restructure

Jun 22
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the Profit-Driven Leadership Training, we have completed a significant update to the program structure.

Previously, the PDLT was organized into three larger courses that combined multiple phases, steps, and implementation concepts. While this approach worked well for many learners, member feedback and our own experience showed that a more focused structure would make the training easier to navigate, implement, and revisit over time.

The program has now been reorganized into 16 individual courses. Each phase of the Truby Management System, each of the eight TMS steps, and several key leadership and implementation topics now have their own dedicated course.

This new structure offers several benefits:
  • Easier navigation and progress tracking
  • More focused learning experiences
  • Faster access to specific topics when reviewing content
  • Improved implementation by allowing leaders to concentrate on one concept at a time
  • Greater flexibility as new content, resources, and tools are added in the future

The training content itself remains rooted in the same proven Truby Management System principles. However, the learning experience is now more organized, easier to follow, and better aligned with how leaders naturally implement the system within their organizations.

Current members will automatically have access to the updated course structure as part of their membership.

Thank you for being part of the Profit-Driven Leadership Training community. We remain committed to continuously improving the program and providing practical leadership tools that help leaders build high-performing teams, improve operations, and create more predictable profit.
