A Different Way to Learn

The PDLT is designed to be implemented, not simply completed. Each lesson is intentionally concise, and the greatest value comes from applying what you learn within your team or organization before moving on. Take your time. Complete the implementation activities, revisit the downloadable resources when they can help, and focus on progress rather than speed.

You're Ready to Get Started

Most members should begin with Course 1 and work through the program in order, as each course builds upon the concepts introduced before it.
